Our contribution
Rotterdam
Here a consultant filled in the position of policy advisor Services and developed the implementation policy for the Services sector. This provides the basis for process improvement within the FM service. The consultant has done this by developing a chain process sheet to realize integral cooperation from and within the FM Service. A communication plan with regard to the chain process location has been delivered. In addition, the consultant has prepared the annual business plan for Services.
An Ifmec employee has also been able to fill the position of Secretary of the Services Steering Group for National European Procurement and the Secretary of the Services Department, for the further development of the sector.
In addition to the above activities, we have also placed an analysis and reporting officer with the National Police. She provided policy support for all FM sectors within the police: Housing, Violent Equipment and Equipment, Vehicles and Vessels and Services. She was responsible for quality management and process management. She also helped with concept development and took care of various secretary tasks.
The Hague
An Ifmec employee has fulfilled the position of Project Coordinator here. She took charge of the coordination and support of the Facility Management Team. She also designed and coordinated the annual facility plan and training plan.Rotterdam
