About the client
Hitachi Construction Machinery is a factory for medium-sized excavators. Within the Netherlands, the organization is engaged in the production, sales and marketing of Hitachi construction machinery in Europe, the CIS and the Middle East. Excavators from 10 to 45 tons are built. The undercarriage is also produced in Amsterdam for the models from 16 to 21 tons.

Our contribution
Our consultant was responsible for the daily operational management of the Facilities department as a Service Coordinator. The coordination of Cleaning, Catering and Security were part of the range of tasks. Here he was a connecting link between Technical Service Manager, Maintenance and Facilities. He was also responsible for the operational and tactical contract management for Soft and Hard services.
