Our contribution
A consultant was deployed at Huisman as Facility Coordinator. He acted as project leader Renovations and helped with the redesign of office and warehouse spaces. He helped with the dismantling of the warehouse and the office (+/- 5,100m2). provided the operational and tactical contract management for soft and hard services Finally, the day-to-day operational management of the caretakers and Service Desk employees was part of the range of tasks.
A young professional has taken on other tasks within Huisman Equipment. For example, she fulfilled the position of Contract Manager and set up contract management. In addition to her primary task regarding contract management, our young professional also performed various supporting activities. She has set up the contract module in the FMIS system, process optimization and Service Desk. In addition, she contributed to the workplace concept and design project.
