Our contribution
Ifmec was able to help Lunet Zorg by deploying a Facility Project Manager. This consultant was also responsible for the real estate renovation of the Laboratory.
Our Project Manager took care of the implementation of the so-called ARW concept, or Activity Related Working. This means that the tasks that employees perform are decisive for determining the workplace. Our consultant has ensured that employees become more mobile and have actually started to use the various spaces.
In addition, the Project Manager was responsible for outsourcing the laundry and restructuring the fleet.
